Is the clinic open on Saturday?

Yes, South Seas clinic is open Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Does the clinic have parking?

Yes, there is free parking at our clinic as part of the Otara Mall.

Will I be able to choose my own doctor?

Yes, when you book your first appointment and you have a preferred doctor in mind please let our receptionist know and she will book you in with them.

Do you have interpreters?

Our staff come from a range of backgrounds and speak a variety of languages including English, Samoan, Tongan, Tuvaluan and Cook Islands Maori. We will do our best to help interpret if English is a second language. The more notice we have, the easier it is for us to provide an interpreter / translator.

How long are your appointments?

Our standard doctor’s appointment time is 15 minutes. If you think you will need longer then please tell the receptionists when you make an appointment and they can book a double appointment if necessary.

Where is the clinic?

Our clinic is located at 14 Fair Mall, Otara, Auckland 2023.
