We congratulate outstanding Pacific individuals
05 June 2019

SouthSeas Healthcare would like to acknowledge all prominent Pacific New Zealanders who have been recognised in this year’s Queen's Birthday Honours list for their services to Pacific communities.
We are very proud of Pacific people being recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list.
We value their commitment to their fields of expertise and continuous dedication to helping Pacific families in our communities and we thank them for their service.
It is always wonderful to see their efforts recognised and we congratulate them and their families on their amazing success.
Among those recognised were David Tua for services to youth, boxing and the community, Mrs Edith Amituanai for services to photography and the community, Ms Phylesha Brown-Acton for services to the Pacific and LGBTQI+ communities, and Mr Tunumafono Avaula Colenso Fa'amoe for services to the Pacific community and health.
We extend our heartiest congratulations to all the other New Zealanders recognised for their contributions to their communities and to New Zealand.
